Return Eligibility
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Customized abayas, scarves that have been worn or washed, and final sale items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return
Reach out to our customer service team for return approval and send the item using a trackable shipping method.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase and place a new order.
